YOGA, PRANAYAMA & ADJUSTMENTS INTENSIVE
Intensive Course with Petra Carmichael

Yoga intensive program is for any yoga practitioner who would like to deepen his awareness of the physical or subtle 
body. Its an opportunity to gather your strength and focus to explore your inner self through daily practice of asana, 
pranayama and meditation. An opportunity to get out of the cosy warm winter sleep and work to be more alert and 
present and prepared for the year ahead with full strength and balanced mind. 

Explore the ashtanga primary series, pranayama and other practices through daily schedule:
6.00 - 9.00am - Ashtanga yoga mysore style/1x led
9.00 - 10.00am - kriya and pranayama
10.30 - 11.30am - asana theory
11.30 - 12.30pm - lunch
12.30 - 3.00pm - asanas whole primary series one by one, adjustments, anatomy, kriyas, advanced asanas, ayurveda, detox...
3.00 - 4.00pm - pranayama and meditation

This week is for practitioners from beginners to advanced - 50h ( RYT 500). 
Price is 2000 kn posible paid in several payments, possibility to book a vegetarian lunch.
